Help needed to SEO for tech support website of microsoft products?

I want to do SEO of a website who is into tech support.

One of the competitors have same concept and using 15 websites to generate chats for all products. How should I do this?

What strategy should I use? How should I generate backlinks and increase traffic for max chats.

You need to do keyword research, decide which kw you're going to use and optimise for. Compare your kw-s to competitors' and see what they are using. Then you need to start with most basic SEO (both onpage and offpage), which is deciding on the domain (containing kw vs brandable), new or expired domain (if you find a relevant domain with clean backlink profile and web history I would use an expired one, otherwise go with a fresh domain). Build website with unique and relevant content about the topic and start building backlinks. Suggested is contextual for tier1 links and lower quality links for lower tiers.
