Help needed to rank youtube videos!

Alright guys, here's the thing!
I am planning to make a list through YouTube traffic!
Good idea; right?

So, I have uploaded my video on youtube!
And now I want to rank it on first page for a four work keyword which i have put in headline; description and tags!
Can you guys please suggest me any effective trick or way which will help me rank the video!
