Help Needed Please...

I am confused, I have owned my own sites in 1 niche for 4 years and constantly ranked well, using unique self written content and posting it to our blogs on our domain, we have consistently ranked in the top 3 until I used an SEO guy as we were getting very busy. We parted company as he told me he was doing work on our site and not! He then went to a competitor in the same niche and Neg'ed SEO our sites. All 4 hit with the same spammy links, that have been supplied to G in a disavow pack.

So how do you start a fresh and get my sites back up, please people with experience tell me! I have heard people can help then next they offer PR links on their site with high DA and small number of OBL.

Disavow all of your links and wait for recovery. Keep building new links after the disavow. You may also want to start a new site and play safer with it.

Thats teribke my man, these guys have a power and get mad then ruin your work cause there sales pitch is shit.

Send crap traffic right back then focus on some other site.
