Help Needed: No Access to Business Portfolio I Created

If you still have an admin, proceed to remove objects that do not belong to your system. If your rights are hijacked and you only have employee rights, you should find a reputable Agency partner to help you manage your account effectively and securely.

Contact Facebook support. If this doesn't do it then you're going to have to forget getting access to the page. You should consider making a new one .
