Hello,I need help with an issue regarding our Facebook Business Manager and Page. I have access to our Business Manager but do not have access to the business portfolio that I created. This portfolio is now controlled by unauthorized individuals.

Will removing the compromised admin disconnect our Page from the compromised portfolio?

How can we ensure our Page is secure?

Any advice on resolving this issue and securing our Page would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, we don't work with portfolios so don't know how to disconnect it yet. It's a more complicated case than the BM and page access only

Please check to see if you still have admin rights on that business program. If so, please delete strange admins and strange devices from your business.

If you still have an admin, proceed to remove objects that do not belong to your system. If your rights are hijacked and you only have employee rights, you should find a reputable Agency partner to help you manage your account effectively and securely.

Contact Facebook support. If this doesn't do it then you're going to have to forget getting access to the page. You should consider making a new one .
