[Help Needed] My PayPal Account got Limited

Hi Mates,

My PayPal account got limited and they are asking for Photo ID !
Not to mention, its not an genuine account. It is VCC verified US Paypal account.

I'm not good at Photoshopping and could not even find a template.

Could anybody here help me ??

Get good at photoshop.

Sure. I'll give you a tip. Clone brush is key. Don't try and match the text. Simply use text and copy with clone brush.
Zoom in and hit it by pixels.

Check it. This guy offers docs. I found him looking for a VCC.

Problem is he was using PP as his check out... and of course they have shut him down. LOL I'm not sure what he was thinking.
I sent him an email.. hopefully he replies.

that site owner provide documents, is this for real or scam who tried that ?

I couldn't find any valid photo id image.

He has not mentioned rate for Photo ID card, so I have also mailed him and waiting for the replay.

LOL umm paypal shut him down, and he is an expert on getting paypal acc. docs to open ur pp account. hahahahhaha , reminds me of the fortune teller who didnt see the hole she fell into.

How could he give a real or original document ? I don't care if it is original or fake I want my account to be reinstated

You don't submit original ID to PP, just a scanned or faxed image. Easy to do in photoshop, or if the state ID design is less complicated, can be done in Gimp or even MS Publisher.

I guess no one sales verified paypal accounts ?

They need a credit card verified, proof of address and bank statement to work, then call them and they will have it verified I just did that for my 2nd account.

But I'm not from US, so I don't have US ID proof to get it photoshoped ! I'm looking for someone who can get me a fake US ID proof

I'm not asking for driving license. I need some fake US photo id or any other workaround to get my paypal account reinstated.
