[HELP NEEDED] I need a yes or no answer for a seo question

I am looking for micro niche keywords. My question if in the top 5 there is amazon, ebay or yahoo answers with no more then 300 links coming to them should I start ranking for them, will it be easy to rank for?

Help will be greatly apreciated!

I know the theory, its easy to rank for them but I was aiming to people how tried this not read it in a book like I did

Sure amazon isn't too hard to outrank, yahoo answers tend to be strong for a while, but then drop off. Those sites wouldn't scare me off a keyword. It's mostly other SEO types you have to worry about.

Its not that Im scared of them, I want to create a LOT of blogs and micro niche sites so I want to rank easily for the 1st place.
I build sites before and backlinked them heavily to later see that its very hard to crack the top 10
