Help needed! Bing have just removed my site from search

Just wondering has this happened to anyone else.
I have double and tripled checked my robots.txt & sitemap and everything is fine. The website is being indexed on Google. It's an e-commerce store and Bings traffic is worth quite a bit of Revenue for us. I have used Bing Webmaster to request the site to be crawled & individual pages, but no luck. I've put in a manual support request but looks like I may have to wait up to 10 days for a reply.

Can anyone provide some help on next steps?
 
Advertise on BHW
Check the errors and any messages from them in bing search console to ensure.
Then try site audit section to find out any issues.
Do you have changed the dns or htaccess codes recently?
 
Alas, this is fairly common. Happened to me too. I have managed to reindex the site, but the traffic has dropped around 80%. Never bounced back.

Thanks for this. Hopefully I can get reindexed and ranking for our brand name at least!

Would you mind sharing your tricks of reindexing? I have 3 websites deindexed from bing and it's almost 3 months since I can't reindex them.

Keep submitting them into their webmaster indexing tool every day.
 
Happens same thing ! Bing search is full of bugs

Leave it, and move on.

Bing is fucking unpredictable with their service and algorithm, the only reason they are somewhat affiliated friendly is because their search engine suck and they are just too small vs Google.
 
Just happened to me, 90% traffic gone, little 10% come from Google and Yandex:D:D
