512MB ram is enough, need dedicated IP, Sole Purpose is to run traffic exchange sites. Specifically Websyndic and YTmonster...

Amazon's free tier instance will run out of credits real quick even when running a little resource intensive application. I used to run hitleap 24/7 back then but running websyndic especially ytmonster will bring it to its knees.

severhosh has few cheap ones. check them out they are in the BHW marketplace. I'm using them now for long time no issues.
