Help: My YouTube Video Upload is getting Stuck

I have an issue. I am trying to upload an 8 hour long creative common video to YouTube. But it is getting stuck at 95% processed. After a long time I will get an error that it failed to save my video because it took too long. I have verified the account with a phone number. I am uploading from RDP. Any idea why this is happening? TIA

It is a CC video. That is how I got it from youtube. So if the uploader channel was able to upload all any reason why I can't?
 
Just taking a guess here but maybe because your channel is new? Or YT recognizes that video as it already was uploaded to platform and rejects it, especially since it's an 8 hour long video and might see it as spam. It must be something on that end because it gets stuck on processing and not uploading. Have you tried using a different browser to upload the video though? You can also try to edit it a little (intro, outro, some animated text during the vid) so it's not a 100% match with the original that's already on the platform.

Because of the length and the size of the video I am uploading from an RDP. So difficult for me to edit in the RDP. Also because of Internet speed. Yes always stuck at 95 percent so it must be something at the end. Also I selected CC when uploading so I thought that would help youtube know the video is already on YouTube. Thanks for your reply

maybe they set a timeout for uploading and if your are not using a super speed internet then it will be impossible for them to upload and process such a long video without hitting the time-out.
there is a trick you can use that will work for sure if your RDP is stable.

1. install OBS on your RDP.
2. stream that video to your YouTube account.
3. after the stream is done, YouTube will process it into a regular offline video, 8 hours long*

* the processing may take some time for YouTube.
 
It happend to me some time ago, but when I cut the video it uploaded quickly, so you might wanna try to do some editing on it first before uplaoding.

it would be a problem with your browser. Most browsers have a problem handling big files.
