Help monetizing Social Network Website dedicated to Games

Hi guys, I have created a social network website dedicated to Games,Music and Anime. It has been great fun so far and will in the near future publish some games. However I would like to monetize it without spoiling the raw nature of the site.
Any ideas to help me out here? Open to suggestions and maybe partnerships!

What kind of traffic are you getting and where is it coming from?
Do you have to upload all the games yourself or can the users also do that?

The website have been live for 3 weeks and have received so far 7000+ unique visitors and 200+ registered members, mostly from spread the word kind of marketing. The games are hosted by me as I don't want to have those flash games. I give preference for original content, kind of Indie developers.

you can't put mozi or adsense ads on other games you have to make your own in flash or hire any game dev.

i am myself a Flash Game dev. only 2d Games but individual can not make big games it required team work
