HELP - Method for run multiple website / PP / SM without Ban (rdp, vps, proxy...)

I am solicitating experimented ppl point of view because I am getting trouble with being anonymous properly.
What I need to do is : running websites with paypal / stripe / wise => not legal but ethical (I am doing good services)
But I have trouble on some websites : it detects an anormal activity and I get ban or blocked.

What I tried but not successfully :
- residential proxy (sock5) + anti-detect-browser : I get blocked
- residential proxy (sock5) + Virtual machine : get trouble

==> a website can detect I use an anti-detect-browser and block me ? paradoxal question

What solution I have in mind :
- use a VPS (contabo for example) so I ave an internet connexion and a new fix IP
- use a Proxy + a RDP
- I hear about Proxy ISP

From your experience, what's the best set up to run what I need to run, create account, payment processor etc...without trouble ?
I hear some people using VPS + RDP + VM + Proxy ....too much ?
I am not experimented about that.

I am using asocks but maybe too cheap. Do you recommend a website and a IP Type to buy ? Thanks by the way
