Removing Traces:
P2P exchange my non KYC fiat to XMR
Move my XMR to multiple wallets ($1000 max each wallet) (which wallet do i use?)

Cash > Crypto:
Use an IRL P2P exchange to Convert my XMR to cash (burner number and phone when going to meet)
OR
cash via mail but how will i do so? it seems sketch to me

Storing Crypto:
log out of wallet when it hits $1k and hide 12 word seed phrase of each wallet i dont use?
or
do i depoit funds into cold wallet?

Setup:

-burner iphone or tor browser?
