Help me understand, is this how you do it ?

I've been cursed with the "gift" of overthinking combined with slight pessimism. I overanalyze and overthink everything, and I believe this sets me back... No matter how much I read I still think I don't know how to do it or I'm not gonna do it right and I will waste time without knowing what I am doing wrong.

So, is this how you sell a clickbank product with a landing page ?

1. You select the product you want to sell in that niche(eg. muscle gain)
2.You get a domain+webhosting and create a landing page(I will create one with the wordpress landing page plugin) for that product, with free ebook so you can grab the email,followed by a page that says "continue to the product" or smth that send you to the CB aff link
3. You create ads (eg bing ads), you create your banner for the ads
4. ???? what next? I'm stuck at this part, do you need to do anything specific to target people

Well, you have essentially described the chocolate cake recipe (aka. basic) of IM.
Yea, that's a basic way - really simple stuff but you probably won't earn a fortune, mainly because people have been doing that for over a decade.

Regarding your step 4 - well you bring in traffic - there's a wide array of ways to do so.

In fact if you truly are an overthinker then you should have read about plenty of ways to do so already.

By traffic you mean promoting on fb groups, twitter, yt, blogs etc?

That's not a gift, no matter how you look at it. It's pure and simple procrastination.

By traffic I mean traffic. What you are describing are different medias of promotion...

Anyways, what you are asking has been explained in countless threads already. I think you need to "overthink" your strategy a bit more.

Please don't waste too much time trying to perfect everything. I did that too and wasted a lot of time that i could have used much much much more effectively.

Believe me when I say, forget about everything and spend a few days researching how everything works.

You can literally go ahead and open a website such as viralnova, buzzfeed, forbes or anything like that and check out those native ads. You pretty much always find the same kind of skin, fat, diabetes ads. Click on these ads and see how it is done.

In most cases you will be redirected to an article landing page, promoting a wonder product, i rarely see someone actually collecting emails.

So, first of all, forget about collecting emails. Solely focus on how to get your paid traffic to buy the shit you promote. If you master that, optimize everything.

I did a test a few weeks ago, i simply selected an often appearing native ad for a clickbank product. I redirected the traffic directly to the clickbank landing page, without anything between that. ROI was a little less than 200%.

Research. Redo. Apply knowledge to other campaigns.

Missed the most important part. Read the forums, study what successful business are doing and find something new to do that can make you money.
Put in something yours, the basic steps are no more enough.
