Help me to get me adsense approved !

I have a tech website/blog which is almost a year old now. But, I can't get my adsense account approved for this website and I already applies several times and always got rejected with this reply.

Thank you for your interest in expanding your Google AdSense account to implement ad code on your own website. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to approve this application for the time being. Your existing AdSense account that allows you to show ads on partner sites is not affected by this disapproval.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Advertise on BHW
Does your site have Contact and Privacy Policy page? If no, then add them. Does your site contains quality and original contents? If not, them create them. Lastly, avoid adding copy/paste contents.
 
Buy a adsense account, BUT carefully.

Well, it should be easy to get approved using sites like slideshare or docstoc (blogger could work as well). This is how people usually get their adsense account approved.

just create a youtube account, upload a few videos, promote them on social networks get a thousand views and apply for adsense with your youtube account
 
Change your site and create account. Possible to approve your adsense account. Don't try to put old information.
 
If you keep applying with the banned URL then this is probably the issue. Move the site to a new domain then apply again with new details.
 
Maybe go through Google Policies and see what your missing?
