You'll have to start educating yourself using the existing threads and asking a question here would become helpful only after you know what you're talking about and your question is more specific. Even if someone wanted to spoonfeed you right out of the gate, they wouldn't really be able to because they can't know what you can and can't do.

If new to this, get an idea of what you'd like to make and focus on means to acquire traffic volume.

After that put the idea together, switch around ad placement (after applying to networks) and then move your effort into promoting.

Nobody will ever hand you anything so always be sure to put in extra effort. If wanting this lifestyle badly you'd learn faster than needed.
