i am new in blogging and manage tow sites ,
but...
i dont know how to make seo and how to build backlinks for it

Start with the White Hat Section

Start with a WordPress platform for you site with a good SEO plugin, there are bunch u can choose from and follow the instructions in the Google WebMaster Tools for starters. Let me know if I can help you with something specific if u get in trouble.
