Looking for someone to help me out, I have a WP blog with free hosting and a keyword rich domain, I need someone willing to take me under their wing and and help me seo and get conversions with my CPM and cpa ads. Willing to give 10% of my earnings for the help. Of this is in the wrong section I apologize. Thanks in advance!

I'll give you some pointers provided you show me what you have done the past year (you joined this place October 2013) to learn about those topics.

Please list what you have done to learn below.
 
I've tried setting up several websites over the past few years ranging from landing pages to sell click bank products to monetizIng via CPM & PPA, Also used bitly and adfly, I even used the Jingle Bot from back in the day coupled with adfly, all to no avail, all I'm asking to make is 10$ a day to be able to pay my rent. I need someone who can help me in the right direction, give me a few tips, etc. I'll do all the work, I want nothing handed to me, I just need help. I've tried learning seo but just can't grasp it. I'd greatly appreciate the help, Thanks in advance!
 
There are some great methods around the forum all there's needed is for you to actually put in the effort, if you're going for $10/day you could just learn something and sell it on fiver for example - 2 gigs a day and you've got your $10. write articles about your favorite topics, get a tool and re-sell the service...just a few ideas that will start bringing in money faster than creating a website and waiting for it to rank high(thought that will work too if you put in the effort)

I still want to persue this though as when I learn to make is10$ a day I can scale it up if needed, great point though!

Start there and then you can consider scaling... until you start and have some success, scaling should not be in your vocabulary.

Go get 'em!
 
When you say get a tool and resell the service what exactly do you mean? As in what type of product?
