I am starting up a small designing firm and have been working with some rough logo ideas, looking to get some feedback on what improvements/adjustments can be made to make the final choice look better. Thanks in advance.

Open to all suggestions even if not related to one of the ^above^

Agree the top one is modernistic and quite frankly superb. One change to it though, add a space round the icon and text everything too close to edge and add a border round the edge in that purple colour.

i don't know if your using PS, but i'd put a blue inner glow on rabbit on the 3rd one, think would make it look a bit better :D Good job btw

Top one for sure.

Its clean, crisp and gets the message across. Maybe make the shade a tiny bit darker so that you can see the outline on "lucky" a bit more, but not too much.

Yeah, I'm using CS5. So far looks like the first one is the favorite, going to tweak that one a little - will post updates.

If I really had to chose between those logo's I would pick number 1

I would pick the third one.
But I'm just a newbie so what do I know?

First one is good but I would change that weird purple color to something else, maybe dark blue or blue from the 3rd logo.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, here is an update of logo #1 and a few other concepts..

#3 is sick. Probably not as generally pleasing to the eye as the original concept (looks like a badass bunny), but you've definitely got some talent. Well done.

The 3rd is really great and "non-conform"
When you are picking the right logo you should also consider entire company identity you want to create. Do you wanna be really serious or you wanna appear more people friendly and non traditional and creative?

Good point, I think I'd want a more professional and universal image for this particular company so I'm siding more with the 1st one still.

The first one is nice, the second one may appeal to people who like to dress rabbits up in gimp suits, the third one looks just plain evil.
