Help me out to find new Employees!

Hey guys!

Im in a lookout for new employees in Norway. Vape shop. We tried everything - fb groups, relevant forums, we even bought the most expensive ad place in the MAIN job ads page of Norway - 2 candidates came, when others get at least 500+ daily, referral program for current employees or even our vape shop fans was already an option, as well.

Maybe here's someone local from Norway who could help me out? Maybe some new ideas of others?
I'm in a hole right now and don't know how to get outta here, that's not cool at all.

What does your ad and say and how much are you paying? I mean is everyone else paying more?
 
Nothing special, just simple and basic stuff for vape shop employer. And yes we paid a bit more to be at the toppest top you can think of in the most popular job ad website in Norway - didn't work.

Now imusing my own marketing channels to find them - free ones - but I lack for ideas. Free job ad websites are on the go..

Our salary is competitive + bonus system + perks for employees. We don't have any base salary option, we agree on it with every employee individually.
 
Yes, that's what I meant. Because something here doesn't make sense. If you post an ad and you say other people who did the same get 500 people showing up for a job and you get 2 there is something wrong with the wage/salary, your ad copy or the place of business. Have you tried googling "working for <your shop> reviews" or something like that? Something is not right here. Also, some people forget this, did you put a "help wanted" sign somewhere in your store?
