Not sure if other than contacting support anything else can be done.

I sent a letter to fb support but haven't received a response on the account

YES they reply very slow, they banned my profile from advertise and i sent like 10 desperate mails and appeals , and after a week they replyed (very unprofessional I would say)

Is there a specific email you contacted them through? I cannot find where to contact them for my disabled account

Call at this number 0016505434800 , they will give there more emails adress
