Help me in the SEO

I have just created a new website and wants to do SEO for that but having few confusions in how to start like
Domain is 4 months old

1. Parasites - Should I use parasites to rank my article now or wait for a few months as I have heard that google punishes new websites if they use parasites in the beginning?
2. How to create links like 2 tier or 3 tier like if I do blog commenting should I connect that to my web2.0 and how many web2.0 should I create at the beginning or daily purpose?
3. How to bring traffic to sites other than SEO like from Reddit or Instagram?

It will be helpful if anyone gives me any guide to understand the whole process.

Use search filter for each aspect like kw research to building links.

First you need to dig out keywords relevant to your busienss. after that start doing on-site seo. Later do interlinking. then start building links authority + PBN or real sites links. Social signalling would be great as well.

1. It depends if you already have traffic and content, if you have 0 trafic, you must forgot about it. If you don't have enough content '(10k's words), wait a moment
2. Start easy with 2.0, the advice I often give is to use them for Tier 2 maximum, and then, if it's manuel, try to add them some unique content, it's always nice.
3. Depends on your niche : You can infiltrate Facebook groups, post very relevant stuff on your reddit niche, you can answer on Quora as well, but if you want trafic, you'll need good illustrations & use pinterest, if your niche allows it !
