It works for me. Where exactly do you have a problem? Are other parts of your scrapebox working, with Proxies and so?

I've tried your URLs and there are no expired at crawl depth 1 but a few at crawl depth 2, surely many more at depth 3. Do you have crawl depth set to 1?
Ignore the dot.orgs, they nearly always false positives, probably because of a whois problem. But the "theweatherobserver.com" for instance is indeed expired.
