I have 1 friend he is providing SEO service! We both are from India I will also do SEO. First, I have started then he also started after me. But, presently his getting income more than me. So, I have asked him how you're getting this much business. He told that he got 1 USA client he brought the projects from other companies and he will give to my friend then he will do daily SEO on the company websites, I am also trying to hire 1 USA client who brings projects from other companies for me, his getting money from them. So please suggest me for this.

I work best compare to my friend. but, i am not getting daily SEO clients.
 
Members here who offer these services look for their own clients. They certainly won't just give you a client.

Nobody will find customers for you and you can't offer services here without upgrading your account.

If you are certain that you have good skills, why not open a SEO service website and SEO it to the top? :) that way you will get more clients on your own without needing any helps from strangers.
Your friend may either got lucky when he had a potential client or he is soooo friendly and skillful that people can highly recommend his service to others. In services world, support need to be placed at the top, not what you are offering.

With attitude like that, you are certainly not going to get any help!

Precisely, this answered your previous question as well.
You need to work on your communication skills first, no matter how good you are at SEO but if your tongue catches fire without fuel, you are sure to get blown!
 
an advice from non-native English speaker - improve your English, both written and spoken.

And when I say spoken, that means that you have to speak fluently with as little accent as possible - don't speak like Rene from 'Allo, allo' sitcom.

Like these guys said, you need to work on your communication skills if you`ll sell your services to someone, you`re a salesman after all. You need to convince me I really need your help and you`re really good at what you`re doing. It all starts with your first client. Good luck
