Help me get my trending audio arrow back on instagram

My trending audio arrow on Instagram disappeared when I moved to central america, which is making it difficult to make performing reels with audio relevant to my niche. I've downloaded the "fake GPS" app and have used it in conjunction with Nord VPN to try to spoof my location and get it back. I've been browsing reels casually with a non-business side account for a few weeks and it still hasn't come back. I've signed out, deleted & redownload the app... Nothing. I can't find any helpful information about it online besides other people sometimes have this problem and never get their questions answered. If you can solve this problem, get at me!
