Before you look for any country, I would suggest you consider your online job possibility in that certain area. Would you be able to have a hard time finding any online job available in that specific country. I think out sourcing is mostly in demand in the US and Australia. Do some research including the location's living conditions.

if you looking for challenging and adventurous lifestyle go to South Korea if you looking for super hillarious lifestyle go to Kuwait.. because they have many Arab driving gold and silver plated sportcars..haha 
yeah, i like austrailia and aussies in general. real high quality people. but i make a living online, i make enough to not have what people would call a real job, but not really enough to do well over there. but i sure would like to be there man, maybe that will be a good goal for working harder.
