I suggest for you (since you said that you're from Latin America) Spain - is a nice place, nice weather - and nevertheless a good place to make IT businesses. I hope that my advise helped a bit

Before you look for any country, I would suggest you consider your online job possibility in that certain area. Would you be able to have a hard time finding any online job available in that specific country. I think out sourcing is mostly in demand in the US and Australia. Do some research including the location's living conditions.

yeah, i like austrailia and aussies in general. real high quality people. but i make a living online, i make enough to not have what people would call a real job, but not really enough to do well over there. but i sure would like to be there man, maybe that will be a good goal for working harder.
