I was asked this question by neverblue regarding my email lists and email campaigns and social campaigns:
Would be great if you guys can give me safe/best answer :)
1. What ISPs are you hitting, and are you inboxing?
2. Do you mail text or HTML?
3. How often do you drop, and what is your testing strategy? Do you test to your openers / clickers or standard data?
4. How do you gauge success for campaigns? Revenue per drop, EPC, etc? What do you need for an offer to be successful?
5. What search platforms do you work with?
6. Within your search platform, what additional information does the conversion tracking pixel provide?
7. What is your average testing keyword list size?
8. Can you please go into more detail on how you will be marketing via Social Media?

I]d just be honest. Most of those questions depend on the person and the offer they are running and won't affect whether or not they will accept you. The things they really want to make sure of is that 1) your going to send them enough traffic to be worthwhile to add to their network and 2) that the traffic is quality. As long as your answers reflect those two things, you should be fine.

what do they mean by "What ISPs are you hitting, and are you inboxing? "

They are basically making sure your not sending spam or using other peoples lists. ISP stands for Internet Service Provider, and inboxing means your mails going through. So you can say your ISPs are Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, etc. and yes your mail is making it through.

That's some serious questions right there, do your best. Answer them however you can.

I think the network doesn't want to have you at all and they are giving you a huge roadblock.
