help me about DMCA

My site has the first page on google and top 1 on yahoo and bing, then google rank is totally gone but still top 1 on bing and yahoo, then I find my site on lumendatabase.org about DMCA for my keyword, but now my site is removed from lumendatabase.org but my site is not available on google serps, still top 1 on bing and yahoo. please help me, thanks and sorry for bad English.
If I make new URL for my site {same domain} does it remove my DMACA and restore my google rank? Or should I buy a new domain and redirect the old one, but the old one is top 1 position on bing and yahoo.

Not sure what happened to you. You could have been hit by an update. But you can probably consider buying a new domain.

Create a subdomain with www1 name and redirect the root for this subdomain.If the google remove the www1 domain in future repeat this www2, www3 ...
