Help managing adult models online

I'm new here in BHW and have read a lot of relevant information that makes me fascinated with the content around here.

I recently had the opportunity to "manage" a couple of friends who are adult models online. I have never done this before and wondered what would be the best way to capitalize on this area?

I'm personally friends with several hot cam girls, and I can get in touch with other Brazilian porn actresses

I thought of advertising on Reddit in order to sell custom-requested pictures and videos of the girls... is that a good strategy?

In the future, I plan of creating my own camgirl website where users could request a specific fetish or niche for a private cam show with the girls - but I currently lack the knowledge of setting up a website like that.

With that said, are there any tips you guys could share so I could... "ahem", make more money? lol

so lets say have ten girls you know irl that want you to pimp them out online

create profiles for them on every cam site cam4 chaturbate camsoda livejasmin myfreecam imlive etc. stick to which one gives you the best traffic. read all their rules. most don't let you multi-stream and you dont want to end up with a banned ID. this also prevents unethical marketers from cloning your girl on another site.

make profiles on onlyfans twitter instagram snapchat and whatsapp.

make the the camsite profiles look good with decent bio. promote your OF + IG + TWTR there. put the whatsapp/snapchat behind a paywall

have the girls take couple hundred pictures. this is easy for girls. schedule them all out to be posted on IG/twitter. automate this with Buffer or similar software. have content ready to publish on OF too

you can take this a step further and make pornhub/xhamster/xnxx profiles. post teaser clips. make it all watermarked with your model name or link. all that points back to their OF or even personal website if you want to develop that much toward this. the point is this is more free traffic to push to your money faucets.

on IG/TWTR keep posting content and engaging with other models. RT and liking their stuff. they will do the same to you. post when your model is going live.

keep the girls cam streaming consistent. if you think you are lazy you should see how lazy girls can be. no point in you managing all this if they are taking days off to "chill".

so now youre making money from token donations & onlyfans subscriptions.

most people don't know but every girl on OF makes far more $ in "tips" than "subscriptions". so milk that system. same thing with chatting on whatsapp/snapchat. youre not there to just chat. and most of people chatting there think they are chatting to the girl -- they're not. its virtual assistants chatting them up to extract more money via cashapp, venmo, zelle, paypal, you name it.

Stay safe too and think your idea would require you to put 7 figures just to take off.

Anti-fraud systems and security are the number one concerns.

It's also about your own security.

OnlyFans is much better and stick to it.

I think the rule is that if you need to verify user IDs, you're entering area where it's more about money than anything else.

Succeeding with your own website is like 100x harder than achieving the same stuff on someone's block.

Realize there were 10k+ websites like onlyfans before onlyfans. And why is onlyfans so popular? Only they know.

In 13 years of my online marketing observation, I witnessed many affiliate networks like PeerFly, ShareCash and CleanFiles going down (just to list a few).

They were really generous and produced crazy results with little traffic. But nothing can last forever, alright.

You have to see that OnlyFans will be here for decades, but if you setup your own, you might take off with proper funding, but your churn rate might be higher than you would expect.

10 or 20 girls will come giving you steady income for some time and it will just die with time. It sounds dangerous because it is.

OnlyFans won't go down and won't stop giving unless laws change or their owners f*k up - but then all girls will migrate to another network.

And if you bribe some girls to stay with you on your website, you will still have to get traffic to your website which is less trusted than OnlyFans.

OnlyFans is a recognized brand now.

A strategy that brings traffic (whether hq or lq) and can be scaled, is a proper one.

Your question is very generalized and it's hard to tell if your method of traffic generation is scalable.

You have to analyze it yourself, asking yourself questions such as "can I automate / code bots for it?", "can I do it 10x, 100x more than I do right now?", "will I get diminishing results as I scale?" and so on.

Map those problems in your head, break them down into small pieces, test different things, change some variables and you might figure out how to get free traffic in high quantities for the living.

Don't make conclusions before doing 10+ tests on high sample sizes. Stay scientific and experimental in all of this.

First, prepare 100+ accounts, see when you get banned, remove roadblocks, set proper limits and do your thing.

It's all about adjustments, flexibility and solving real world problems. This is not following fixed plans like you would in a job.

I could say it's like trying to hide from the authorities where the social media platform you target is the authority. You need to reverse engineer their system.

Otherwise you will get caught, go to prison (get banned), do the same mistake and stay in the land of low numbers.
