Help! mailchimp and Sendinblue Refuse to validate my Account

I have info products on erectile dysfunction to market but i tried to open account with both mailchimp and sendinblue for autoresponder services but they refused to approve my account. Are there ways to go by it?

Can anyone help?

What did you fill in application when applying for it? Did you mention erectile dysfunction?

Your promotions will get shut down by those guys anyway if you are promoting ED stuff.

Either market something else or use something on your own servers.
