I just recently created an account in LinkedIn and I only have a few followers. What's the easiest way to have more followers and eventually guide them to my website?

when your profile made strong and good look then you get traffic on your website.
when your profile becomes many followers or likes, everyone will understand your post and they will be interested in your post or your profile.
Then you get traffic on your website.

The easiest way to find followers - is to find them by yourself for the first time! After LinkedIn start to understand your preferences - there will be a lot of recommendations for you and you will be able to choose whom you want to add and people will start to follow your account by themselves.
