[HELP] Keywords! I have problem with it

Hello guys....Few weeks I have a problem. I have created keywords, I wrote perfect articles (last 10 articles) with + 1 000 words, google indexed my articles but problem is in ahrefs. From the last 10 articles my ahrefs shows 0 keywords. In previous articles it was never a problem, I always "caught" some keywords. Where is the problem? Will those articles really be bad? I don't think because I did everything necessary. If you have ideas, let me know.

Check via search console as it will be more up to date. Ahrefs can take time to update.
As for Ahrefs, check movements instead of overview or organic keywords table as those don't get updated so frequently. Also, it requires someone to update those keywords. If you want to check specific keywords, request an update on them.

Where in GSC can I find how many keywords (and which) google find in the article?

Try using SEMrush and Google Search console(its free) tool that's it.

Under Performance click on Pages. Select the page that you want, then click back to Queries. That will show all the queries the page is getting impressions/clicks on.

I got it

maybe my articles are pre-optimized because I focused on quality and keywords and I'm up to 20-40 places in Google for the last 10 articles

Great! Nice to hear that you invest into your articles. You can focus on creating a good, natural article for the keyword/topic and do the optimization after.

You have to do backlinks to your articles, that's will change everything. And also, make sure your code-to-text ratio is low
