[HELP] Instagram Traffic Empire Questions

Hey, I'm looking to make Instagram Traffic Empire using Massplanner. But I have certain questions about the same. If you could help me?

1. If I can use Proxies for the accounts or is it advised to use Local ISP such as 3G/4G/Mobile Network for less bans?

2. What are the places you recommend to buy Instagram Accounts from (best account quality)?

3. What are the places to Phone Verify your accounts?

4. Which Server Company do you recommend for the Massplanner (If you recommend to go with Proxies for the Accounts)?

The location of the proxy doesn't matter. The closer it is to you the faster it will be though.

Use dedicated proxies for each account, highproxies and buyproxies are both companies that i have used and would recommend. As for your VPS setup, I use greencloudvps which gets the job done and is recommended by Massplanner. They also recommend AWS as a free alternative but I found it cumbersome and clunky but its a good start if you are on a budget.

When it comes to getting accounts sometimes it can be hit or miss and i haven't found a supplier where I am always 100% satisfied so I wont recommend anyone but search around the marketplace and buy accounts from 3 or 4 people at which point you will be able to decide for your self who sells you the best accounts and you can buy bulk after that.
