I started with CPA and made couple instagram accounts promoting offers. I dont even get clicks what am i doing wrong? i made sure that the audience im targeted are related to the offer. weightless offers+ weightloss offers should make money but yet i cant even get 1 click.

check the visits of your site. There must be a problem with your links if you have alot of visitors

It's hard to define the problem only from the description you provided. Issues can be multiple starting from incorrect camapigns settings, bad content for ads up to wrong tracking setting.
