Help in creating mycommerce account

Can anyone help me with one thing i applied for My-commerce and my web-page got rejected and they don't tell me the exact reason here is my website http://www.digitalkalkarab.com/ can any of the experts help me where i am doing anything wrong , actually i want to sell a small registry cleaner but in the mail they said
your web-page doesn't follow the policy.
So please help if anyone have good information and want to help

That's easy. You have two blog posts, one of which just says "Today is world of technology". Don't know about your traffic situation but that can matter too.
