Help!, I'm stuck with youtube community strike

The thing is i'm doing PPD with dollarupload. i do create my videos but not all the time so as to create more videos. so, i just scrape videos.
I just created a channel in a particular niche.
I have just 3 videos in the channel because it's new so i've never been given a community strike.
i scraped a video like i use to but this time it was different because i was prepared and i'm going for High Quality. so:

• i scraped the video
• i edited some unnecessary parts away
• i created a cool thumbnail for it
• prepared my tags from top videos in the same niche
  
• sent some HR views using unlisted method

so, i was at the top #4 of a result targeting a particular keyword with a volume of 22k/month. but after 2 hours i got a community strike .
Guys, i don't actually know what went wrong here. maybe because i ranking over the original creator of the video or what?
Guys, please help me out !!! how do i deal with this

how do you scrap your video? do you mean, scrap video from other channels?
