HELP: I need a tool to scrape emails and then auto-email them.

Hello,

I need a tool that can scrape either websites, Google Maps, or YP.com and then automatically email those businesses.

Also, I'd like to pay someone to setup this campaign for me...

I'm sure something like this exists... I would imagine that it would be for email businesses to claim there maps listing or something. But I would like to use it to try and buy their business from them. How awesome would that be?!

Please let me know what tools or ideas you have.
