When create new account don't wifi unless your provider has dynamic ip. I prefer use data plan.

- put your phone to airplan mode then turn off airplane mode, this will force your phone to get new ip
- use private mode to create new account
- always login with your phone or use tethering
- don't pin more than 15 pin a day
- pin without url on the first week,, after your account get page views you start pin with url
