hi guys

i have an account with 7000+ subs.. but i need more watch hours to qualify for montetization.

Are there any tips, or tools to increase the watch time on my vids.. any help would be great!

Upload quality videos (interesting content, thumbnail, etc) or buy views.

Upload more videos as the others said and more importantly, make the videos interesting. If the videos not interesting, it'll have a high bounce rate. The longer you retain them, the longer your watch hours soar.
