Social Bookmarking means social media marketing. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. These three are best to get traffic to you website. Join groups post on pages etc.

and blogroll
 
How about searching in Google "Help!!!! how to get free traffic" ? You'll be amazed by the results.

There is no free traffic, either you have to spend your time nor your money to get traffic. My opinion is to go with social media to get more traffic and do seo for your site to gain traffic.Hopes good.
 
Social media, is a good way to get free traffic. Although if you factor in time and effort its not really free ;)
