[HELP] How to create a redirect page?

Hi guys,
I hope everything is going well with you guys and had a great labor day. We have an e-commerce website, and only sell the shoes.
Recently, we want to promote our products with the content, it's called content marketing.
So, we want to create a single page as a redirect page where we can write an article for introducing and promote our product.
I don't know how to do. Did you guys know how to create a single page as a redirect page?
Is there any tools or website that we can use?

If you use WordPress to build your CMS. Just use plugin Redirection.

But I mean, this page doesn't belong to the website page, it's only a single page. It doesn't exit on the webiste. It's dependant.

YES. For example, I have a A website that sell the products. And I have a B website that only has the content. But, when the customer see the ads from B website, they click the ads, the url redirects to A website.

This is what a guest posting does. So build some backlinks and it will serve you the purpose
