3 per day, and if u create 3 accounts per day within a week on same IP will be result ur IP flagged as spam.

proxies, but I've heard ig takes your device ID? not sure though, maybe look into that

ok so from what i understand from this
i can make 3 accounts per day
but cant log on accounts all from the same phone
can i run 3 accounts (from one phone) on follow liker ?
if i made more than 3 accounts i need a proxy (how would i post pictures if i cant log on my phone)

Yes, 3 accs, per day, per phone. Anymore and you will risk ALL accs get ban as soon as you log in to any one of the accs for the 1st time.
Yes, you can. You just have to use the same ip the accs was created on when you use your phone to log in.
I don't really under stand the question, but you can ran as many acc on FL as you want.
yes, you can. On an iphone, look for http proxy. Input the proxy ip and port. Usually would be like this
ip : proxy ip
port : 3128
