There is a free site called myairbridge
You upload from your computer, get the link, download from wherever you need it.

I created an account over there and they charge money for storing files

Op asked how to transfer files, transferring is free. If you're trying to make coffee with it, then it might have a price.

how big the file? i think using cloud storage can help your problem, upload on cloud and download anywhere...

Rsync is best possible option if transfer is between between linux.
Else you can try syncthing
