HELP!! How can I get a US mastercard for Paypal

I have been searching for a way to make withdrawals from Paypal cause my country isnt legible. So from months and months of research I found out that the best method was to get a US account. So am wondering if anyone knows the best place to get one at the quickest possible period.

P.S: Am kind of a newbie when it comes to IM. If anyone as any better suggestions on what i can do Ill be happy to hear from you.

have you tried Skrill pay as you go mastercard? you can transfer from paypal onto the card and use it anywhere in the world that has mastercard, also withdraw from atm's. worth looking into OP

As far as I know, it is not possible to withdraw funds from your Paypal account to Skrill.

I didn't know that, thanks for the heads up on that one. How about getting a virtual account and then transfering from there. i am sure i have seen them on BHW

No you can withdraw to skrills from paypal. There are guys who will withdraw it and wire it to you for 10% to 20%

Actually I have been facing the same problem since I have started my online business on 2005. I know that thousands of professionals from country also are facing the same problem. I have tried to find out a good solution. Actually there is no straight forward solution. Some of my friends have used Payoneer card and USA bank account information from Payoneer to verify the account. I have heard some people have success with that. Others saying it is not working anymore.

so many st**** people here...

1. payoneer are mastercards, not visas
2. you can not withdraw from pp balance to skr balance, but you can add the skr mastercard to pp, and then upload funds to pp through the skr card [ so this effectively means sending from skr to pp ]
3. pp has a visa debit card of their own, but it is only for USA accounts

get a prepaid payla card, but someone in the usa might have to ship it to you...

you may also ened to create a american paypal account with a usa proxy..
