HELP: hardware ban

hi, read carefully my issue i hope you can deal with this. i have been banned from a website. i already did mac adresse changing and HWID changing. changed wifi. changed pc info. changed screen resolution. used vps and wmware.

i need to figure out how the website recognize me to avoid this. im sure it comes from my computer and not ip or mc address i make accounts on it and when i change everything they let me access the accounts. but i cant use the accounts as soon as i try to buy a game they send me a message on the dashboard telling im not authorized. is there any WAY you can help me making my computer looking like a new one by changing something on it ? i also use paid vpn etc. they let me access to the new account but i cant make orders. i was banned for multi accounting but i didnt do this. thanks any help or suggestion will be welcome. also im not sure if im in the correct section sorry for this

Did you try to access an old account with your new configuration?

Best thing to do is to create a new configuration (IP, vmware, etc) and also use a new email address to create your new account.

hi thanks for the info. problem resolved. in case of need for people having the same issue. its was simply recognized with my user agent. so i ve changed it using a chrome extentions and all went good. thanks again

Can you tell me the name of that Chrome Extension please. I have been using VPN to change my location, it works but i want to see if that Chrome Extension works well for it.
