with pleasure. Create a niche website that makes users WANT to return and WANT to share your site in social media. Do some manual back linking and use social websites for the first month or two and then people will spread your site for you because it is worth spreading. You will rise in ranks.

It is all I ever did and I have no complaints at all. Top 5 search results for my aged sites and first page for all the rest.

Using social websites IS still natural. You are just telling people about your site and spreading it. ;)

There is no law that is broken !!! Please specify me the law or the court order that is saying that the Black Hat methods are illegal. There are just some rules established by a private company in his own interest.
The only problem is that the rules are made by a private company - not by an entity. The lack of such an entity is giving to Google the power to decide the rules of the games where there is no impartial referee. This is why SEO (Black Hat especially) is penalized by Google, because is breaking his own rules but that doesn't means that should apply to all over the world. Google is just a simple company that succeed to get the big part of the searching engines - they can't control and dictate their rules unless their the owner of the Internet - last time when I've checked there was NONE.
So from my point of view - Google, Bing and Yahoo can do what they want - I'll keep to make Black Hat, White Hat and Indexing as long as I'll be capable - when I'll not be capable I'll start my small pancake business :)

It is natural if you create a facebook page to promote your site and your existing traffic snowballs. Respectfully, that would be like saying using a search engine to reach your site was cheating in ranking because it was not direct traffic that reached your site.

I was referring more to the bulding the manual backlinks, but..

How do you have traffic on a fanpage you have just created to promote your site?

Oh lord.. that's not what I meant. I said that if you break the law of a country, you're going to get punished for it. If you break the rule of a club, you're going to get kicked out. If you break the rules of Adsense, you're going to get banned. If you break the rules of a search engine, you're going to get deranked/penalized. You shouldn't whine about it. You get what you deserve.
 
I don't whine at all, I just quote your words, there is a big discussion about the "rules" of Google. If AdSense wants to penalized or ban me - so be it, in my 14 years of IM I never had a BAN on my work. So I don't think that will happen now. I pointed out only the huge implication of Google in all over the world - that is a bit unnatural and sick, that's all

That's exactly what I was saying. I wasn't saying you were whining. I was talking about the people who make threads whining about how Google penalized there site for unnatural links. There's been a few of them in the past week. If you're not careful, it's bound to happen sometime.

I 100% agree with you regarding this matter. You can't complain the fact that you was penalized or banned by Google since you didn't respect their rules, with this you can't play. My point is a big deeper lets say :) why do we have to obey to Google rules? and who is Google in this game :) But for sure will be the time to open this discussion :) now lets enjoy the list of their algorithms and watch how they demote tons of websites just because it seems that they spam some contents :)
 
Fat Nerd - this will be the last algo implemented. All results will be paid after this.

Of course this name is paying homage to Mr. Cutts and all of his pathetic attempts to fight spam.

Using Facebook's social plugin. If properly placed, with manual link building (like joining similar communities) and soft advertising (like in your profile or signature) or adding links to active (not spammy) blogs eventually with patience you will start the snowball. When google's algorithm changes hits you won't be affected (unless someone "neg seo's") but that is another topic.

I get top SERP's with little as 50 backlinks.
 
The latest is the HummingTurd update, cuz that flying shit that ain't no bird.
