Help getting the upper hand on Amazon

Hey guys,

I have recently started selling products on Amazon - nothing new or amazing, just stuff I find on sale which is dirt cheap and listing it under the same SKU (I think that's the right term).

All of the products I have listed pretty much beat the competition by price, but I was wondering if there was a way to get me to rank higher than the other guys?

I currently don't have any seller reviews, any recommendations on how to get seller reviews would be great. But yes, any advice would be great, I got inspired by listening to Pat Flynns podcast and decided to shoot the gun and just take action, it's been listed for a week or so now, but no ones poking.
