Help getting accepted to Match.com program on CJ

Hi,

We've just registered to CJ using a non-american address and tried to join Match program. We got auto-declined.
We emailed their program manager (listed in CJ) but no response.

Then, we've changed our address to US and updated our account with CJ and attempted to join Match program. Now we got 'pending'.

Still, we are on pending for few days and nothing is moving.

What should we do? Any help will be a blessing.
