Help from CB Vendors

    Hi, I'm a vendor on CB and my product was approved in 2015. I'm making some sales through affiliates. However, I don't see my product in CB marketplace. I haven't been doing anything with this product and would like to get it back into the market. I think the most gravity i got was between 5-8.

    I notice CB products now have the trust badge. Could that be the reason why I'm not seeing my product in the marketplace?

    Perhaps you must renew your listing on the site to show the product is still active

    It's still showing active in my vendor dashboard. I believe it's a one time fee which was paid.

    If I remember right... there's a rule stating that if you do not make a sale after a certain amount of days (I think it's 60 days?) your listing will disappear from the marketplace. You need to make a sale to get the listing back.

    Listings are hidden if they do not have the trustbadge.
    Implement the trustbadge and get in touch with CB; they should renew your listing.
